Does RP Studio have Wifi?

Yes, RP Studio provides free wifi for all renters.

What is the parking like at RP Studio?

There is street parking in front of the building. The parking spots are permit only (Zone 20) Monday-Friday until 5 pm. (2) 1-day parking permits included with rental for street parking in front of building, additional parking permits available for $5/car.
The parking is free after 5 pm and on weekends.

How do you get to RP Studio from public transit?

RP studio is conveniently located next to the Ravenswood Metra station. The nearest bus stop is directly out in front of the building at Lawrence & Ravenswood (Bus #81). The Damen Brown Line stop is nearby, at a 10-minute walk.

What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations more than 7 days in advance of booking will be charged a $150 cancellation fee for a full day rental and a $100 cancellation fee for a half-day rental. If multiple day booking, the total is 25% of the deposit. If cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable but credit is given towards future rental.

What are the rental rates and fees?

• Half-day: $350 (5 hours — includes set up and break down)

• Full day: $600 (Full day 8 am - 6 pm — includes set up and break down)

• Weekday Overtime: $80 per hour (After 6 PM on a full day shoot or after 10 consecutive hours)

• Weekends: Rate +$100 per session (Fee waived depending on studio schedule).

• Additional Charges: $150 Cleaning Fee (Fee incurred only for larger productions, longer bookings with multiple shoot days, animals in the facility, or when set construction takes place)

• Delivery Charge: $200 (Any deliveries can be scheduled on a day prior to shoot day. Fee waived depending on the studio schedule.) Fee includes monitoring tracking info, communicating status, and photo-documenting arrival and/or contents as requested.
