Rentals include full use of studio facility: reception, private office space for changing/wardrobe with a clothing rack and hair/make-up vanity, brand new eat-in kitchen with modern white cabinetry and full stainless steel refrigerator, variety of sofas/chairs in lounge to relax. New AC/heater that may be easily adjusted to accommodate your needs.
RP Studio also comes equipped with two WIFI networks for business-class connectivity, so no long upload times, or copying files while working here!

The Ideal Location For Your Shoot
Full range of camera and production equipment available for rent or bring your own. Sofas and other furniture that can be moved or utilized for filming or comfort as needed.
Windows on all four sides of central room bathe the space in natural light. Space is quiet with no shared walls. Suitable for most audio needs but not 100% sound proofed.
RP Studio is located in the easy to access Lincoln Square/Ravenswood area. Lots of available parking on N Ravenswood, 2 permits included per renter and additional available as needed. Across the street from Mariano's, Starbucks, and Dunkin' Donuts. Adjacent to Metra UPN Ravenswood station and short walk to Damen Brown Line 'L' station. Studio is in a newly rehabbed factory building with multiple restrooms and professionally cleaned.
